Strategic Director
Former Head of Brunswick Arts in the Middle East, Tristan has launched some of the region’s most significant cultural institutions, including Louvre Abu Dhabi, Qasr Al Hosn, and the Royal Opera House of Musical Arts. Advisor to the Diriyah Foundation, who has oversight for one of the world’s most significant city-wide cultural developments, Tristan continues to help governments, organisations, and foundations, build communities through large-scale cultural projects. He holds a Masters in International Relations from the University of St. Andrews, and is an expert in political and philosophical theory, socio-economic analysis of emerging markets, and cross-cultural storytelling. He currently sits on the board of the Jean Paul Najar Foundation. If not strategising, you will find Tristan with his son. His primary and most passionate profession.
Creative Director
With a background in design, Benji leads the consultancy’s work defining the meaning of brands, the role they play in the world and their importance in modern culture. This stems from his firm belief that culture is as much a basic human right as it is the highest form of luxury. Benji is a regular judge of design awards and acts as an advisor to the boards of a number of cultural organisations. He often contributes at international design events which have taken him from Japan to Azerbaijan, Switzerland and Germany, where he gets to speak his first language.
Digital Strategy Director
With expertise in both design and technology, Alex adds new dimensions to each project by innovating on both a product and a digital level. Driven by design, empowered by code, Alex’s vision is to create platforms, products and experiences that enable new things to happen for clients and their audiences. He is recognised as a leader in the field of digital design. A Yellow Pencil winner himself, he acts as a judge for the D&AD for their awards and as a session leader in Digital Art Direction for their Professional Workout programme. Alex has lectured on digital innovation around the globe from India to Norway and in the Google HQ.
Cultural Strategic Director
Topi Lehtipuu enjoys a reputation as one of Finland’s most highly individual artists. In addition to a career as a tenor of international renown, Topi also enjoys a career as artistic consultant and curator. He was the CEO and the artistic director of Helsinki Festival from 2015 to 2018, with its multidisciplinary programme from visual arts and open city events to theatre and various genres of music for its 230.000 spectators. He was also the artistic director of Turku Music Festival from 2010 to 2015, as well as of Joroinen Music Days, a chamber music festival in eastern Finland. He has had several board memberships including of the Helsinki city's marketing company Helsinki Marketing Ltd in 2016-2018 as well as the Mustakallio Foundation (2018 - ). He has advised various art organisations including Sibelius Academy and festivals under Bangkok city.
Cultural Strategic Director
Ivan has long combined his performance career, during which he has appeared in leading roles throughout the world in prestigious opera and concert venues in repertoire stretching from early Baroque to contemporary works and during which he has featured on numerous award winning audio and video recordings, with one as artistic director (Opera Faber Festival in Northern Portugal), project producer and cultural advisor. Recent work has focused on the conception of innovative multi arts educational institutions and the development of new approaches to distribution and remuneration in the music industry. Particularly interested in contemporary creation and new artistic forms he has been involved both as performer and producer in multiple world premieres (Opera de Paris, Zurich Opera, Salzburg Festival...) and radical reworkings of classical works. His film production company New Studios uses the artistry of today’s stage performers to tell extraordinary stories on film in original dramatic cinematographic content. Fascinated by cultural policy, urban development and social dialogue he aims to start conversations about the role of culture and expression in our understanding of each other and our definition of place.
